PDC Radar is a new, independent directory of free HR webinars and HR conferences that earn SHRM PDCs and HRCI recertification credits. People come here with a specific job to do: find credit-bearing sessions for their SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR/aPHR/GPHR renewal, and plan which conferences to attend.

• HR generalists, HR managers and HR business partners with a SHRM or HRCI certification to maintain (60 PDCs or 45–60 HRCI credits every three years)
• HR leaders comparing conferences for their team's training budget
• People searching for topics like employment law, benefits, HR tech and talent acquisition sessions

Right now the site lists 125 upcoming free webinars from 30 providers and 98 upcoming HR conferences, refreshed weekly. We're early, so we don't publish traffic or subscriber numbers yet. Ask us for current figures before you book; we'll share what we have.

• Paying never changes how we report credits. SHRM PDC or HRCI credit amounts still have to appear on your public registration page, and pending approvals are shown as pending.
